How does my Flapit connect to the internet?
After unboxing your very own Flapit, connect it to a local energy source and simply select the Flapit network on your PC or mobile device. Once on the welcome page enter your usual network and password as you would when connecting to your local wifi network.

Do you require my social network’s personal password for the Flapit to work its magic?
No, we will never ask for your password. Flapit is registered as an officially supported third-party app on all of the available social networks and as such, it will request your permissions to access just the data it needs to function. We kindly invite you to make your way to www.flapit.com/flapmenow where you can set your social network preferences and link your accounts with your Flapit.
What is the range of my Flapit?
The range from your router is approximately 20 meters (70 feet) within line of sight.
How many social networks can my Flapit display?
The sky is the limit! Well, almost. All 11 social networks listed are supported, but for an optimal Flapit experience, we recommend synching up between 3 and 4.
And what, may I ask, are those 11 networks?
They are, in no particular order: Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Instagram, YouTube, Dianping, Zomato, VKontakte, Foursquare, Swarm and Tripadvisor.
Social media is all well and good, but can I also track stats related to my own site or business?
Yes you can, is the short answer. Have a look at our API documentation to get a detailed one.
Can I also customize a Flapit for my brand?
Flapit was designed with customization in mind. We would be happy to personalize your Flapit with your brand colors, logo and design. Contact us for more details regarding delivery time and prices.
My page has more than 1 million Likes. What now?
First of all, well done! That’s a lot of Likes right there. The good news is, Flapit can display digits where it normally displays logos, so displaying numbers up to 9,999,999 is no problem.
To keep including the logo, we recommend to simply configuring the Flapit to alternate between the real time 7 digit figures as the Likes roll in and a display showing the logo and ‘3.456m’ if you have 3,456,000 Likes for example. If this sounds daunting, don’t worry, we’re here to help you set everything up and get the most out of your Flapit.
We also recommend to connect the Flapit to individual campaigns, departments or products to help drive Likes up where they will probably be needed more than on pages already liked by millions of people.
How do I get my hands on a Flapit?

Will a Flapit break the bank?
Not at all! Flapit retails at a sensible €559 ($639 /£499) +VAT and shipping.
Credit card payments are charged in Euros using the applicable daily exchange rate.
What do I get for my money?
We’re glad you asked! The Flapit counter comes with a range of added services, including a virtual Flapit for your website, a URL-shortener so you can display customized URLs on your Flapit as well as social analytics for a one-stop-shop overview of your social media activity.
When does Flapit start shipping?

Much as I am taken to my Flapit, I was expecting something completely different. Do you accept returns?
We’ve all made that one impulse purchase. We understand. Just repackage your Flapit, ship it back to us and pending an inspection on our end, you will be issued a full refund if you send back your Flapit within 14 days of your delivery date.
